Q. What can I expect from the workouts?

A. Alyssia's workouts are all 45 minutes and bespoke based on the goals and preferences of the individual. Whether you want to build strength, get your sweat on, strengthen your core or train during and after pregnancy, Alyssia's method will help you achieve your goals. Her workouts are intended to make women feel good in the mind and body and progress gradually over time to feel stronger and better than ever before.

Q. What can I expect from life coaching sessions?

A. Life coaching sessions are via phone and help you achieve goals that you have been struggling with so far. You know when you know deep down something is off but you don’t know what to do about it? Life coaching will help with this! Bye bye pits in the stomach. Hello living with joy, clarity and fulfilment. Areas of discussion are not limited to health and fitness but Alyssia also specialises in career, balance, pre and post natal change goals; all areas that she has first hand experience of and that she is passionate about. Alyssia will ask you powerful questions to help identify obstacles and limiting beliefs and you’ll discover mindset tools and and practical ways to overcome these and have everything need to start achieving your goals. Alyssia uses the GROW model which is a simple and effective framework for facilitating positive change.

Q. How far into pregnancy can I train?

A. Alyssia's workouts include workouts for all trimesters so as long as you've had sign off from the doctor to train and have been exercising before the pregnancy (so you are familiar with strength and core work with a solid fitness level) and there are no complications or reasons why you can't workout then you can do them for as long as you feel comfortable.

Q. How soon after birth can I train?

A. It's recommended you wait 6-8 weeks post a natural birth, 8-12 weeks post a c-section and ensure you have doctor clearance before you begin exercise again. If you feel any pain or discomfort at any point you should immediately stop and discuss this with your doctor.
